Many possibilities.: The symptoms sound most likely migraine headaches triggered by exercise. It may be pain caused by muscular tension. These problems could also be due to a sudden increase in blood or abdominal pressure or may be heart problems. It is possibly you may be hyperventilating. Get an evaluation with your doctor while exercising. Until then, engage in less vigorous exercise.
