I have been having a pulsating vein in the left side of my neck for 3 days, some neck, head and ear pain. should i be concerned?

Artery: The pulsations are most likely from the carotid artery in your neck. Because you're having such discomfort for 3 days, i feel you should be examined to rule out inflammation in the neck with referred pain to the ear.

Pulsations: It is not normal to have a pulsating vein in the neck. Please be checked for hpn, etc.
