Comfortable position: Choose a comfortable position and make sure you have a good mattress. There is no right or wrong way to sleep, some people sleep with a pillow between their legs or under them.

Generally in a fetal: Position in which your hips and knees are flexed or pulled toward your chest and lying on one side or the other with or without a pillow between your legs or on your back with pillows under your knees to mimic that side lying position to a degree.
