Depends on the cause: Back pain have multiple causes, such as urinary track infection, peptic ulcer diseases, cancer, arthritis of spine, disc herniation, inflammation of muscles, and refereed pain from other parts. Suggest refer to your physician for proper treatment. Any pain killer has a temporary effect. Do not take a lot tylenol, (acetaminophen) for pain because is silent killer.
