A member asked:

How can the dark lines on my neck and armpits from insulin resistance go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The hyperpigmented skin lesions in the armpits you have described are called acanthosis nigricans. They are associated with diabetes as well as some other serious internal diseases. They are not known to resolve on their own. No specific therapy is known for this condition.
