Why does my rightarm hurt hurt a lot it starts in my wrist and it goes all the way to the back of my neck?

Wrist or neck: Carpal tunnel syndrome (pinched median nerve at wrist) occasionally can cause pain radiating into upper arm & neck. Usually pain from pinched nerve in neck can radiate all the down arm into wrist & hand. But if you think pain starts in wrist, carpal tunnel would be more likely. If your arm/hand is weak, seek medical exam soon. Lost strength from pinched nerve often does not recover despite treatmt.
