A member asked:

I had both hips replaced and my pelvis is twisted now is that normal. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on what you : Mean by "twisted.". If it means that the pelvis is uneven or higher on one side compared to the other it may be a reflection of your leg lengths not being fully equalized by the hip implants themselves or that if you had diseased hips for a long time prior to the surgeries you may have developed some hip muscle flexion contractures or both. You should speak to your surgeon.
