Last night i sneezed while holding in urine. i had the most terrible pain around my uterine/female area. it lasted a couple seconds then went away. i'm around ovulation time. what could it be and what should i do?

Several possibilitis: One possibility is that you ovulated at that moment and experienced the pain called "mittelschmerz". You may also have had a bladder pain from the sudden pressure on your full bladder, and there are other possibilities too. If it recurs or other symptoms develop, talk to your doctor!
