Pray?: You can cover it with makeup, or get injectable fillers. Otherwise, thats it.

Dark circle cause?: Depends on the cause of the dark circles. Some have pigmented skin which need concealer, or skin bleaching rx. Others have dark circles due to "grooves" or tear troughs which form an indentation from the inner corner of the eye going diagonally on toward the cheek. This groove forms a dark shadow or circle. This can be treated off label with injectable fillers.

Few good ways: If you have dark skin, and ethnically have dark circles, it is hard to get rid of them. You can lighten them with either hydroquinone or elure if they are due hyperpigmentation. Dark circles can be due to muscle show through thin skin and the would be no miracle solution besides make-up.

Above plus more: Agree with above, and most dark circles are a shadow effect caused by the"valley"between the bulging eyelid fat and the side of the nose. This can usually be addressed with either tissue filler or surgery to reposition/sculpt the lower eyelid fat.
