I wonder if stomach illness is a symptom of sporadic fatal insomnia?

No: You have asked about sporadic fatal insomnia many, many times now -- and several of us have suggested that you consult a neurologist and sleep medicine physician if you are concerned about having this illness despite multiple reassurances that it's highly unlikely. We want you to have any evaluations you need, and so i suggest the same as my colleagues have. Good luck to you.
