Can hot flashes cause cholinerigic urticaria?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Cholinergic urticaria is a type of hives. It is a skin rash brought on by a hypersensitive reaction to ones own body heat. It can also be due to sweating such as from exercise, heat from the sun, saunas, hot showers, spicy foods which may cause an increase in body temperature or even stress due to blushing or anger.
