Need more detail: Difficult to answer with so little detail, but it could be acid reflux, aka gerd. Treatment would be antacids or proton pump inhibitors, if that is the cause. Also could be related to what you are eating, how fast you are eating, etc. First step would be to identify the case, they you could figure out how to prevent the cramps.
