What does "presentation=ceph" mean?

Head down: Presentation refers to the part of the fetus that will be "presenting" first at birth. A cephalic presentation is a baby that is head down-- the normal presentation for birth.

Head first: I am guessing this refers to a pregnacy and it means the head is down and will be delivered first (prefered presentation for vaginal delivery), and is not a breech presentation.
