Clean It: There are some commercail denture cleaning agents available that may be effective in the removal of the candida responsible for the thrush. Another option would be to soak your mouth guard in a solution of one part bleach diuted with ten parts of water. Be sure to rinse your mouth guard well with water after soaking it before wearing it.

Oral thrush: Place your mouthguard in a solution of dilute bleach for at least an hour. 10 parts water 1 part bleach. The you will need to get an antifungal medicine from your md or dds. This should clear up your thrush from your mouth guard in a few days.

Clean it: first brush carefully an d thoroughly w soft toothbrush. Discard the brush. Soak mouthguard in 1 part chlorox, 3 parts water, for 2 hours. Rinse thoroughly. Place into cup, cover with water, drop In a denture cleaner tablet. Let soak for 30 minutes. At this point your Mouthguard will be clean. Keep it that way, and see your Dentist to be treated for Thrush infection.
