Many reasons: Cataract is only one cause of vision loss. There could be many other potential problems with your vision including corneal, retinal and optic nerve problems. Check with your eye doctor for an explanation of your blurry vision.

Cataracts: Some patients can get clouding of the membrane that holds the new intraocular lens in place. This is called a secondary membrane, and is removed with a simple laser procedure. There are other causes. You should see your own eye doctor to figure out the cause.
