Is it gas?: Gas pains usually don't last 5 days straight, especially if you've modified your diet. It could be something completely other than gas: constipation, gastroenteritis, diverticulitis, many things. Horrible belly pain lasting 5 days should be checked by your doctor soon!

See a doctor: Hard to know from limited information. Possibilities include gallbladder, reflux esophagitis, gastritis, irritable bowel condition, colitis, temporary gastroenteritis from bacteria or virus, etc. Best to have a medical examination if it persists.
