Does dermatend work? and if so is it a good way to remove moles?

Dermatend: Dermatend claims to be an herbal cream that removes moles and skin tags. Would i ever endorse a patient use this? No. The reasons being: 1. It probably won't work. 2. There are good moles and there are bad moles. It's sometimes really hard to know which is which. If this cream works how they claim it works, it will make dangerous moles much harder to diagnose and keep an eye on.
