A member asked:

I had a bladder biopsy done a month a go, everytime i do some lifting i see blood on my urine, why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bladder Biopsy: The biopsy could have been performed because you had experienced unrelenting signs of an infection, or, unlikely at your age, there was concern about a tumor. The connection of gross hematuria (blood) to lifting may reflect that the site of the biopsy hasn't healed quite yet, but continued bleeding suggests that the original problem hasn't been diagnosed yet. I would follow up with your urologist.
