Some thoughts...: The stomach pain and the late menstrual cycle may not be related, however whenever we someone in clinic with belly pain and a late period, we almost always get a pregnancy test. If negative, you could just be getting your period late, or it could be something completely unrelated but requires a further workup by your doctor. Best of luck.
