See a doctor!: Most women with pcos can conceive easily with treatment under the care of a good gynecologist or a reproductive endocrinologist. However pcos is associated with some pregnancy and health risks (like diabetes, and even cancer) and seeing a doctor confortable with pcos will give you the best chance for a healthy pregnancy.
