No to both: Pcos is not a disease. It is a hormone imbalance. There is no cure but it can easily be controlled. Although infertility can occur, generally it is easy to treat, you really need a full evaluation to know the extent of your pcos. Bcp may be one compoenent after you have had a work up!

No: Having pcos doesn't mean you can't get pregnant, but you may need the help of a fertility specialist when ready. There is no cure for pcos but you can improve it and your health by exercise and weight loss if needed, since it does predispose you to diabetes.
