Anxious: Prepare a list of things u want to ask, review them before the appointment, let your gynecologist know u have anxiety, sleep well the night before your appointment, and be confident that all will be well.

Prepare: I agree with writing down the list of questions prior to the appointment. Keep in mind that the physician is there for you. Bring someone if that would make you feel comfortable. Good luck.
