Gastroc strain: Siatica if the are is tender to rubbing it is a calf strain if it is worse whilel standing and not tender could be a pinched nerve in your back have to add deep vein thrombosis if tender as well recent history of long plane ride or car ride hope that helps see general practioner for guidance.
