No: Ephedrine is not available as a single product in the us because of unpredictable side effects, chiefly anxiety, agitation, elevated blood pressure, headache. It is still found as an ingredient in some herbal and combination cold meds. Meclizine is a prescription antihistamine, used mostly for motion sickness, pseudoEphedrine and neosynephrine (phenylephrine) are available replacements for ephedrine.
