Liver inflammation : Liver inflammation or fibrosis (scar tissue). Multiple causes are possible including viral hepatitis, hepatobiliary disease, alcohol consumption, obeisity (non-alcoholic steato-hepatitis), medications and less common causes such as tumor, genetic diseases, hemochromatosis.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you drink alcohol stop entirely, if you are overweight, lose weight and retest in 3-6 months. Wish you good health!
