You need to find the cause of your elevated enzymes. Your physician will probably repeat the test after two weeks off alcohol and meds, unless you are presently free of both. If still up, you'll be checked for hepatitis b and c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis and a few others. If you have none of these, your rx will probably focus more on aerobic fitness than diet.
