Diet's not the key: You need to find the cause. If they're still up after 2 weeks off alcohol and meds, you need to be worked up for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis and maybe some other stuff. If you don't have any of these, chances are that this is your liver's way of telling you that you need more physical exercise. Your physician's your best guide.
