See ob/gyn: A home pregnancy test turns positive usually one week after your missed menstrual cycle. You are currently not having a menstrual cycle because of anovulation. There are many causes for this and you should be seen by an ob/gyn.

HCG and ultrasound: Blood test for HcG would be useful. If you are three months pregnant, gestational sac would be visible by ultrasound. See your doctor.
