Pregnancy? : A home pregnancy test is not always reliable early in pregnancy. Wait another week, and obtain a serum HCG level, which is very accurate. If negative, see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.

Yes: If you had sex since your last period, repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternatively you could get a blood test for HCG level.
