Try Botox: Botox is becoming a great treatment choice for jaw pain and other TMJ problems. Its quick and easy and has very little possible side effects.

Try snoring applian: Try a snoring appliance for bruxers. The appliance forces the lower jaw forward thereby relieving pressure on the tmj. It would be an off book use but it would be worth a shot. Have a diet evaluation done as well. You may have a nutritional component that aggravates your bruxism.
