Depends: How much weight a person loses depends on not only how long and how vigorously they exercise but also how many calories they eat. People usually see the most long-lasting results by eating fewer calories every day and doing moderate exercise for 60-90 minutes a day or vigorous exercise for at least 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. Exercise is better at helping you keep weight off.
