Slow down: The words relaxing and quickly do not go together. Relaxing means slowing down your breathing, heart rate, thinking, and movements. We are all so hurried these days that it is difficult to relax. Start by picking some time during the day when you can slow down and relax in a quiet room with the lights dimmed, perhaps soft music and a comfortable chair. Don't think, just use your senses.
