Ultrasound: With a suitable machine, probe & the cooperation of baby, the "parts" can be found on a higher resolution ultrasound. However the "turtle" must stick his head out to for this to work, if not it's hard to be certain. The old wives tale about heart rate, string tests, etc.Are bunk.
