Pain in lower stomach in men. what can cause that?

Evaluate: Lower abdominal pain in men might have causes such as appendicitis, bladder infection or inflammation, inguinal hernia, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease, kidney stone or infection, cancer, seminal vesicle inflammation, aortic aneurysm, injury and intestinal obstruction of the GI trct just to mention a few. If this is problem have it evaluated by your physician.
