Don't worry.: If you feel good i i agree with your doctor not to worry now. Assuming all your electrolytes are normal .Have it checked again in few weeks. Let your doctor review your medications and repeat the test next month.

Not innocuous: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
