No: Some antipsychotics commonly Risperdal and Invega (paliperidone) increase prolactin h. That produces breat milk. In women breasts get bigger and lactate. In men breast get more tender. Depakote which is an asnticonvulsant can disrupt hormonal cycle and causes polycystic overian disease.

If you meant to ask about medications used in psychiatry in general, the answer could be different.
