Prunes and grapes: Grape allergy is considered rare; grape lipid transfer protein (ltp; vit v 1), an endochitinase and a thaumatin-like protein (tlp) have been reported as grape allergens. Raisins would be the same. Sometimes a mold reaction to boyitris occurs with infected grapes. Pru d 3, prunus domestica, european plum, foods, lipid transfer protein. Pru da, prunus domestica, european plum, foods, 2s albumin.
