Not from this event: Nothing you describe will transmit the virus. Hiv can be found in the semen of infected men but to infect it must get into your bloodstream which it can't do from your belly. Hiv is not that easy to catch. Risk of HIV infection from receptive anal intercourse with hiv+ male who ejaculates is at worst 1 in 70* less if he's on meds. Risk from other types of sex including with women drops from there.
