B6 and unisom: We recommend taking a vitamin B6 supplement 10-25 mg three times a day as the first line treatment, followed by adding a half a unisom tablet up to 3 times a day. If nausea is uncontrolled after those therapies, then talk to your doctor about prescription medication. Also, avoid fatty or greasy foods!

Ginger: Agree w dr. Phillips. A simple way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. Aromatherapy: sweet orange (citrus sinensis), peitigrain (citrus reticulata), mandarin (citrus reticulata) are different citrus scents that can v nausea.
