Normal neuro exam: A normal neurological exam helps define what your body has no evidence for. It is evidence against a tumor or infectious condition in your brain as a cause. To sort out your cause, keep a daily calendar of your ha's & grade them, see if any pattern of increase or decrease occurs as you go about your life.Take that info to your next doc appt & maybe it will help.Ha's are hard to sort out but can be.

Persistent headache: It sounds like you need to see a neurologist. There are a number of diagnoses that cause persistent headaches, such chronic daily migraines or status migranosis, chronic daily tension-type headaches. Daily headaches can occur in other diagnoses such as pseudotumor cerebri as well. All of theses conditions are seen with normal a neurological exam. You need to see a neurologist to make a diagnosis.

Possibly: A persistent continuous ha needs to be evaluated by a neurologist and if it exceptionally severe a spinal tap may be considered. Mri is indicated. Avoid ct due to radiation and lack of emergency.
