No: If you are having stomach problems after your lap-band you should see your bariatric surgeon to find out what the problem is. Stomach problems including vomiting and nausea or pain are not normal after any weight loss surgery and should be investigated, explained, and corrected.

NO: You need to see your surgeon, you may need to have an upper GI to see how your band looks. Sounds like you might be getting too many things stuck.

Band: Don't know what you mean by gastro. Gastroenteritis? No. Gastritis? No. Diarrhea? No. Gerd? Yes. The band can cause heartburn and reflux.
