Yes: I assume you mean an ovarian cyst. It is not unusual for ovarian cysts to attain large size and cause the pains you describe. They can be removed surgically, by a variety of approaches, and they will be thoroughly examined by a pathologist to made sure they do not harbor cancerous cells.
