Probably not: This depends on the cause of the anemia -- and a common one is GI bleeding related to alcohol abuse. In this case, you certainly wouldn't want to cause yourself further injury. Also alcohol can interfere with the formation of blood cells. So, it's really best not to drink alcohol at all if you're anemic.
