My 2.5 female toddler has extremely cloudy urine. what may be the cause?

Two basic issues: If urine is cloudy it means either it is very concentrated (kids not taking enough fluids) or there is something foreign in it (bladder infection) if she is fever free, the latter is less likely & you can push fluids or food with lots of fluid value like jello, applesauce to see if it improves over the weekend. If it continues into next week have her urine tested.
