Little concern: Your son apparently has no problems urinating, otherwise would have mantioned it. Foreskin and penile skin swells after minor injuries. This is called edema and means that area is temporarily retaining some tissue fluid. It will soon settle down by itself. Son would be crying all the time if it was painful. Enjoy your holiday.
