Entire white of eye turned red ferom poking eye with fingernail what can i use to get rid of redness?

Time : You can use visine but do not make a habit of it.

Please avoid it.: Many of my patients have been in a similar situation. Please avoid touching your eyes. The redness that you see is secondary to your excessive manipulations . It is simply a sign of of ocular inflammation. If you simply stop this habit , your conjunctiva will become clear again. I recommend few drops of lubrication at this point.
