Cluster : Usually sebaceous cysts are singular but they can ne multiple or clustered into one larger lesion ---it can be behind the ear but not necessarily in the lymph node ...

Scarred or infected: A complex sebaceous cyst may be multiloculated (multiple compartments) rather thn a solitary cyst cavity. This commonly happens following previous infection, scarring or rupture.
