Likely Unrelated: If he has only 1 testis down he needs to be evaluated. The other testis needs to be found and brought into the scrotum if possible or removed if not. Testis left in the abdomen have a higher risk of cancer in ones lifetime & can indirectly affect the health of the other testis. The urinary symptoms are likely unrelated but may also be helped with treatment.
