Allergic Reaction: If rash is raised, circular, red and "comes and goes" esp on warmer areas of body or when child gets heated (warm bath or running) consider allergic reaction. In this age, esp consider new foods/intake. Even if child is no longer around allergen - reaction can continue off/on for up to 7 days. Should be evaluate if any systemic symptoms such as fever, vomiting or focus of pain.
