Septoplasty: A deviated septum that causes nasal obstruction is easily correctable by septoplasty. If medications such as nasal corticosteroid sprays fail to relieve the nasal obstruction, septoplasty is an excellent option, with high success rates, short recovery time and few complications. Generally, septoplasty does not change the appearance of the nose.
